A Poliform product warranty is for two years from the handover of your product and includes all mechanisms, hinges, hardware.

Our After Sales service is available for all Clients with Poliform products older than two years. If you have other issues and your product is less than two years old, please contact your Designer on 020 7368 7612.

The Poliform Warranty

Our warranty is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase and covers all manufacturing defects.

It covers repair or replacement of unusable or defective parts free of charge during the warranty period after inspection and acceptance by Poliform. Natural variations in the colours of the wood, changes in colour under ambient or artificial light, slight variations in dimensions owing to high humidity or dry conditions and the grain of the wood, knots or other natural characteristics of wood products are not covered by the warranty.
