Bookkeeper / Accounts Assistant
We are looking for a flexible person with a “can do” attitude to help run our Purchase Ledger including cash book payments, petty cash system, credit card and bank reconciliations, multi-currency accounts, stock control, trial balance, accruals and pre-payments, credit control and assist in the maintenance of the nominal ledger and provision of information to our Accountants.

The role will assumes responsibility for the integrity of the data within the accounting system and some compliance return such as Intrastat, CIS, VAT etc. Applicants MUST have at least 1 year Sage Line 50 version 12 experience.  This position is immediately available.

Duties will mainly include Accounts Ledger; issuing invoices and posting payment using our new database system called Smart, daily banking and other office duties. Junior Designer
We are currently looking for a talented Designer with ability for space planning for our expanding Design Team. The applicant will be dealing with our Trade Clients and strong communication skills are required. As a key player in the team, you will need to be organized and be able to handle several projects at the same time. Ideally you will have had at least two years in CAD and in Sales. The successful candidate will also be provided with full training on our drawing system.
