Kitchen Designer
Based at: 278 Kings Road, London SW3
Minimum experience: 5 years

Skills and Experience required:
Experience in the Interior Design/Space Planning/Sales
Ability to scale plans and interpret measurements
Proficient in Auto Cad and/or relevant drawing packages
PC literate – Word/ Excel/Powerpoint

Main duties:
To maximise sales of the Company by designing and selling Poliform products to the Clients requirements. All staff are expected to uphold the Company’s commitment to excellence of product and service to communicate these high standards.

General duties:
- To meet Clients in the Kings Road Showroom, both casual callers and by previous appointments to explain and demonstrate the features and options in the Varenna Kitchen and Poliform Furniture ranges.
- To visit the client’s premises as necessary.
- To prepare design plans, rendered drawings & price quotations and present to the Client in an effective and professional manner.
- To follow up all quotations in a timely manner and to close the sale.
- To maintain overall responsibility of all projects/remedial & additions and to maintain contact with the Client where necessary or desirable and as agreed with the Project Coordinator until each project is completed to the Clients satisfaction.
- To follow all the necessary internal administrative and reporting steps.
- To maintain and update all electronic & paper information relating to supplier deliveries and information required by other departments.
- To ensure that correct product is displayed and keep accurate signage and pricing on Showroom floor displays.
- To maintain contact with the client where necessary or desirable and as agreed with the Project Coordinator until each project is completed to the Clients satisfaction.
- As members of a small dynamic team, all staff are expected to help each other where required and this will involve carrying out duties outside the scope of this Job Description, especially where covering other staff absences and during special events.

Draftsperson Design Team
Based at: 278 Kings Road, London SW3

Skills and Experience required:
Experience in the Design Industry/Space Planning
Ability to scale plans and interpret measurements.
Proficient in Auto Cad and/or relevant drawing packages
PC literate – Word/ Excel/Powerpoint

Job Purpose:
- To maximise sales of the Company by designing and selling Poliform products to the Clients requirements. All staff are expected to uphold the Company’s commitment to excellence of product and service to communicate these high standards.
- Facilitating needs of the Design and Retail Team
- Preparing fix drawings, renders and CAD plans for Design and Retail Team
- Working of plan and interpreting Poliform products into spaces
- Assisting Kitchen Dept and Contract Dept in Presentations and special projects.
- Managing incoming work in orderly fashion and prioritising work according to the needs of the Department
- Assisting in Designing and producing inhouse images for Promotions and ticketing purposes.
- Assisting Team Members with use of Fix Programme
- Work with Fixilabb on new installations and informing the business of changes/updates  to the programme.
- Presentations on 3 D studio for larger more prestigious projects.
